What is EFT Tapping?
It’s my secret weapon!
When I launched my coaching practice (a long, long time ago) I quickly realized that many entrepreneurs know exactly how to grow their business. They just don’t do it. They have excuses and reasons and blah, blah, blah, but none of them is the real reason behind an empty bank account and a miserable entrepreneur.

Do you ever feel like there’s something inside of you that pulls you down and stops you from making IT happen?
It’s not your fault. We all have internal programming that gets in the way. Beliefs, fears, limiting thinking that is embedded into our nervous system, that’s right – it’s embedded, so how do we get rid of it?
That’s where EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) comes in.
A bit of history on the Emotional Freedom Techniques:
In the 1970s, Dr. George Goodheart, Dr. John Diamond and Dr. Roger Callahan each discovered that verbally focusing on a problem or issue (emotional or physical) – while manually stimulating acupuncture points – could bring surprising relief in their patients – particularly with regard to fears, phobias and physical responses to stress.
Dr. Callahan was so moved by his discoveries in this area that he patented his emerging “tapping” program TFT or Thought Field Therapy. Eventually, his focus on “tapping” would completely transform his Psychology practice, which was unheard of in therapeutic circles at that time. TFT was/is complex and primarily accessible to licensed therapists.
In the '90's, one of Callahan's students, Stanford engineer, Gary Craig, was able to synthesize it into a more simplified form – one involving fewer tapping points and far less complexity. He calls it the Emotional Freedom Techniques, aka, EFT or Tapping.
EFT Tapping is a safe, easy-to-use, non-invasive energy modality that balances the energy system by tapping on meridian end-points—the same points used by acupuncturists.
Similar to acupuncture, EFT focuses on the meridian points to restore balance to your body’s energy. It’s believed that restoring this energy balance can relieve symptoms a negative experience or emotion may have caused.
Tapping helps you access your body’s energy and send signals to the part of the brain that controls stress. It can reduce the stress or negative emotion you feel from your issue, ultimately restoring balance to your disrupted energy.
Here’s the bottom line:
I’ve had countless clients who have struggled with their business for years. After a couple of sessions that include EFT tapping, the reason for their struggle surfaces and we eliminate it. Boom! Just like that their stress and their outlook changes. In one case, my client went from 125k in annual revenues to one-million-dollars – in 6 months!
EFT is not just for entrepreneurs.
